Cooking & Usage Tips
Cooking Instructions – General Cooking Instructions 1. Bring 2.25 litres of water to a boil. To add flavour and reduce stickiness, add 2 tsp (10 mL) salt (optional). 2. Add contents of this package (225 g) to boiling water. One package equals 3 portions. 3. For al dente pasta, boil uncovered for 9 minutes, stirring occasionally. For more tender pasta, boil an additional minute. 4. Drain well and serve as desired. Maintaining perfect pasta: To keep cooked pasta fresh for later use, toss with a small amount of olive oil and refrigerate.
